🚨 The S&P has just issued a negative outlook on five US Regional Banks due to risky office-based exposure.
📈 There are people who can predict banking crises way ahead of time, and it's important to pay attention to their warnings.
🏢 The commercial real estate market is on the verge of the greatest collapse since the Great Depression, with potential fire sales on the horizon.
💰 S&P analyst Brendan Brown warns of potential material deterioration in the asset quality and performance of these banks due to increasing loan maturities and criticized loans.
💰 The value of banks' bonds has dropped due to their large exposure to rent regulated multifamily loans and office-based exposure, impacting their debt.
🏦 Ninja loans with no income verification are alive and well, charging around 10%, higher than in 2007.
🤢 It's absolutely disgusting that Congress people can legally do insider trading and become multi-millionaires within a matter of a couple years.
